These include intrinsic issues like Entity Structuring, Funding, Tax and Regulatory compliances and allied issues. He has sharp insights on the business starting-up and maintenance issues. He is a qualified Chartered Accountant and a commerce bachelor from Delhi University.

Mr. Kumar has extensive knowledge and analytical skill under Goods and Service Tax, Income Tax Act, Company Act. He is actively involved with the clients to be compliant in direct and Indirect tax and leading a team of Accountant.
